Service Repair Program.
Free to Toronto homeowners, the City will replace substandard
water service connections and water service connections that
transmit a flow of less than 18 litres per minute (measured
at the water meter) within the road allowance. Substandard
water service connections are defined as non-copper material,
likely lead or galvanized iron.
