PROSPX Inc. Home Inspection Services was established in 2006.  Our core business is performing home inspections.  Our focus is on providing personalized and professional home inspection services that meet or exceed the Standards of Practice. The Standards of Practice that we follow in the performance of home inspections are as mandated by the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors (CAHPI), both of which are based on industry leaders – the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). 2. Your Inspector, Mirek Vesely
   • Has over 15-years of experience in project management as it pertains to site development, facility design and management and light construction (interiors). In addition he has experience in residential General Contracting and renovations.
   • Is an Associate Member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and an Associate Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
   • Has undertaken the pre-requisite home inspection training as outlined by the OAHI and successfully completed ASHI certified home inspection courses. He has also completed Carson Dunlop (Canadian industry leaders) home inspection training courses.
